Project Bal

The M&A industry is in excitement after rumors about a possible sale of frozen snack producer Bal. Various parties are interested in taking over this growing company of international allure. Potential buyers are lining up their advisors!

A transactional process consists of several phases including setting up a valuation, conducting a financial and operational due diligence and setting up a strategy on how the company can grow successfully after a takeover. The PwC Deals Practice (Corporate Finance / Debt Advisory, Valuations, Strategy, Business Restructuring Services, Financial Due Diligence and Delivering Deal Value) has all these competencies, and therefore a potential buyer for Bal is contacting PwC.

It is your job as a consultant to assist this important client during this exciting period. Time is pushing, demanding deadlines, teamwork. Is it is up to you to make the deal succeed?
