The individual interview with EY allows you to get in touch with the company representatives in a personalized manner. The interviews are intended for orientation. The interview will have a duration of 30 minutes. You will receive the exact timeslot and location for the interview after you are accepted to the activity.

Consultancy

Within consultancy EY search for candidates who are strong in communication, who are analytical, who would like to have client contact in their job and who love to work in teams. EY advisors work at C-level for Fortune top 500 companies within the fields of IT, Supply Chain, Operational Effectiveness, Finance, Actuarial Services, Technology and Risk and Transactions. Your specialization depends on your fields of interest and your capacities. Assignments usually originate on C-level, what causes them to be conceptual in nature.

The interviews will be very orienting. During the personal interviews, you can ask all the questions you have about working at the consultancy serviceline of EY. You will speak to a consultant/advisor and a recruiter and this interview will be informal. EY (hopefully) can answer all the questions of the students, can tell you more about working as a consultant on a daily basis, about the projects and different departments within Advisory, and they can tell the you more about (thesis) internships, working student positions or advisor positions.
